Principles

In return for their work and contribution, all employees shall receive fair pay, in line with prevailing industry practice and meeting the minimum wage requirement in the country of operation.
All employees are not required to work more than 60 hours per work week on a regularly scheduled basis, except for compensated overtime in compliance with the legal working hours in the country of operation.
