the use of the latest technology, the management systems for both production
and distribution are fine-tuned to high efficiencies. Inventories of over
15,000 standard items are managed by a sophisticated forecasting system,
whereby orders
are immediately fulfilled and delivered daily. Dye-to-match
requests are supported by a computer color shade library with over 10,000
color data. Once a match is made, the corresponding thread sample is readily
available from a sample library, so that our customers can prepare sewn
fabric samples for approval.
All the production processes utilize barcoding technique. Work-in-progress are tracked online to ensure the shortest delivery leadtime. |
